2. Information We Collect

• Station and playback preferences stored on your device, such as favorites, recent stations, sleep timer settings, and the last station played.
• Recorded audio files and recording names that you choose to save on your device.
• Basic technical and network data that may be generated when you use our backend or station streams, such as IP address, request time, device/app information, and error logs.
• Contact details or message content only if you choose to contact us directly by email, phone, WhatsApp, or through another external service.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use the app to collect your contacts, photos, precise location, SMS messages, or call logs.
• We do not run advertising SDKs in the app at this time.

4. How We Use Information

• To stream radio stations and keep audio playback working in the foreground or background.
• To save your preferences locally on your device for a smoother listening experience.
• To create, rename, manage, play, or share recordings that you choose to save.
• To troubleshoot service issues, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.
• To respond when you contact SteProTECH for support or business inquiries.

5. How Information May Be Shared

• With radio stream providers and station websites you choose to access through the app.
• With hosting, infrastructure, or technical service providers that help operate the backend and website.
• With external apps or platforms you intentionally open, such as phone, email, WhatsApp, browsers, or social media apps.
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Favorites, recent stations, sleep timer preferences, and recordings are primarily stored locally on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
• Backend access logs and diagnostic records may be kept for a limited period as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance, then deleted or overwritten.
• Because the app does not currently require a user account, there is no in-app account profile for us to maintain or delete.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information connected with the service. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Some third-party station streams or links may be controlled by external providers with their own security practices and privacy policies.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The app may open third-party radio streams, station websites, social pages, email apps, dialer apps, browsers, messaging apps, or sharing tools. Those third parties operate independently from SteProTECH, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

9. Children’s Privacy

StePro Live is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the app. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the issue.
